Well, as you was the only one having a go I shall tell you...lol...
At the bottom of this mountain it was 83 degrees, they stopped bikes from going anywhere up the road to the top and cars were only being allowed to the halfway mark and we were advised to wear everything we had as it was almost 80 below including the wind chill factor...lol...horizontal wind was making the snow come sideways and the frost was sideways too...also we had winds of 80mph gusting as high at times to 110mph...lol...nearly took me right off the top!!!

I came, I road, I saw, I got cold! HAHAHAHAHA! What a great ride though. And going by 2000 ear old Bristlecone Pine trees were pretty cool too! Man I love my home state!

nb# to right of the pic above you can sell the old road that hugged the cliff face, and was subjected to weekly rock falls.
