Message I began riding motorcycles as a young lad back in the mid-seventies - not counting the mini-bike I used to ride growing up in New Jersey. Since I couldn't afford much for transportation, my love of riding began early out of necessity riding my 1972 Honda CL350. I have ridden virtually every kind of bike including dirt bikes, sport bikes, and my current love, a Harley Davidson Road King.

I spend most weekends and any other free time on the Road King, typically with my wife and best friend Laura (known here by username HDBeech). Since we live in Southern California we are lucky enough to have a 12-month riding season...and we use every bit of it. Our favorite hang outs when we ride are Mugs Away & Cook's Corner.

When I am not riding or working, I am spending time with my growing family. Laura and I have 4 kids between us...I have a daughter, 40, and a son, 38, Laura has a son, 30, and together we have a 24 year old son. Plus four grandchildren, two granddaughters one 14 years old, one 8 year old old, and two grandsons one 10 years old, one 4 years old. (all those ages may be wrong because I can't keep track anymore). My oldest son rides dirt bikes & races side by side quads (gonna get him on a Harley one day), and my youngest wants a FatBoy. The other two kids don't want anything to do with motorcycles.

\ud83d\udc4dThe main difference is the place you came from was primarily a forum website, whereas CycleFish is primarily known as a resource for finding Events, Biker Friendly, Place and such, and the forum was an add-in. However, as I said, since this group that recently joined is actively using the forum, we are open to suggestions too make it better and more convenient for you!
