|Name:||My Old 02
|Model:||FLHR - Road King|
|Desc:||This was my first Road King, a 2002 that I got in August of 2001. It was actually my first ever touring bike, and I loved it. Laura and I put over 100,000 miles on this bike in the 5 years we had it. It saw many rallies, lots of great rides, and ran like a champ the entire time.
I loved my Road King so much that when it came time for a new bike, I bought the exact same bike, color and all, in a 2007 model.

I don't do a lot to it as far as looks go...new floor boards, shift linkage, and break pedal is about it. If I add stuff to the King, it is normally for comfort or utility. I ride the heck out of it, (normally with Laura on the back), depending on the year, we do 20,000 - 30,000 miles per year, and very seldom use it for anything but fun.
