Business Description

  • Quick Intro Motorcycle Injury Attorneys That Ride & Care - Serving Riders Nationwide
  • About Our Business Motorcycle accident personal injury lawyer Russ Brown has been the preferred motorcycle personal injury attorney serving the motorcycling community nationwide since 1975.

Winning Millions For Injured Motorcyclists since 1975

Russ is more than a motorcycle accident lawyer.
Russ and his partners Chuck Koro & Jim Romag, specialize in motorcycle accidents. They truly care about the people they represent, as shown by their free nationwide emergency breakdown and legal services BAM program available to motorcyclists everywhere since 1982. Call us at 1-800-4-BIKERS anytime to get your free BAM card!

Now, we all know a good lawyer joke or two, but if you've been in a motorcycle accident, you know it is no laughing matter. You don't want an inexperienced personal injury lawyer, and you certainly don't want an attorney that dabbles in all kinds of accident law. You want an experienced motorcycle personal injury lawyer that not only knows motorcycle law, but rides a motorcycle, just like you.

We Ride We Care We Win! Because we ride, we know the dynamics of a motorcycle accident, and know the problems you face on the road. We know that there are still some people out there who have out-dated attitudes about 'bikers' affecting what you may face in a court of law. Whether you ride a super bike, sport bike, Harley or chopper, we will fight for your rights and to get you the compensation for your motorcycle accident that you deserve.

The motorcycle law firm of Russ Brown Motorcycle Attorneys, Brown, Koro & Romag, LLP, has a 98% success rate for all retained cases. You deserve the best! Motorcycle accident lawyer Russ Brown, Chuck Koro, Jim Romag, or an experienced motorcycle accident personal injury lawyer hand-picked from their nationwide network. Just call 1-800-4-BIKERS anytime for your 24-hour motorcycle accident attorney.

in the topic Motorcycle Monitoring Black Boxes - Safety or Big Brother? in the forum Biker Chat
Some insurance companies offer a discount if you use a monitoring device on your car that shows them your driving habits.  Now they are beginning to look into a 'black box' if you will to monitor motorcycles.  Some say its a great safety feature that will help riders improve their riding skills, others feel it will be a way to hurt motorcyclists, either by hiking up insurance rates or working against them should a motorcycle accident occur.   While the idea is still in its infancy, once fully developed and available to the general public, a motorcycle black box will be wanted by some but not necessarily all. Would you use one?  For the full article on Motorcycle Monitoring Devices head to the Motorcycle lawyer Russ Brown Blog.
