Gonna start a topic here to share your hobbies - other than motorcycles or riding.

Let's see what you do with your time when you're not on the bike!

Another post gave me an idea for a new game.

Post a picture of yourself somewhere and let others guess where the picture was taken.

The picture must have you, your partner, or your motorcycle in it!

Try not to make it too obvious, like standing in from of Mt Rushmore, but something recogniable to someone else who has been there.

Feel free to enter your picture even if the you can't answer the last one, just remember when you answer to put who's picture are referring to.

Okay riders I've only been riding about 3 years now and was wondering how far down does everyone let their tire tread go before replacing the back tire ?

Two people got in the prototype, buckled up, and used a smartphone app (or pretended to) to tell the car where they wanted to go.

The Google car has no steering wheel, no brake pedal, no accelerator, no park-forward-reverse — so the two passengers knew immediately they would ride in the car, not drive it.

One of them pushed the “start” button, and the car took them to the street address they gave it. When they arrived at their destination, the car turned itself off — or the passengers pressed the “stop” button — and the trip was over.

The takeaway? Here’s one: The Google self-driving car will take you to work — but if you want to stop for donuts on the way, you’ll have to instruct the car through your smartphone to pause on its trip to your office — then begin a new trip into the donut shop...    less

Date code older tire? Tire storage history (got baked) before you bought it? Had a set of four on a car same age but one wore out twice as quick. ?????

Trailer tow loads will cause a different wear on rear tires. Load is off of tire but tow traction is inceased. Don't try to be first or keep up with the Rabbits.. I leave early and take an extra day to enjoy the country air and fall colors. Maybe leave the hot tub and recliner at home or buy the beer after you arrive...

I guess we won't need a garage for shelter protection of the "Car" if you don't have control to park it "Inside The House". OOPS wrong room destination.

Take a class and learn HOW TO RIDE first. Comfort in how to ride changes your want to ride and the type of ride you buy..go for test drives then make your choice..... Everyone will learn something new with each class that will make them a better and safer rider

A Chevrolet Sedan from the right side, Chevrolet pick-up from behind and a slick on the road from a grossly leaking liquid manure spreader that had been hauling for two days (dairy). The wind was from the wrong direction so no advanced warning. Pressure wand car wash and brass brushes for me and the bike. Bedroll and baggage went to the laundromat. Was on a 4 day trip and reservations in a Holiday Inn.

An empty tank has all washed steel surfaces open to the air which carries the moisture that will cause the steel to rust. As the air pressure raises and lowers the open air space "Breathes" the moisture into the tank and the cool tank can condence the moisture. A full tank will not breath as the gas fumes will pressurize the vent and hold moisture out and a treated gas will also protect the steel. Fill it and use Stabil.....
