World Trade Center Beam Escort

This is a heads up on an escort of a World Trade Center
beam along Patriot Guard Riders Region 5 area of Rt. 80 this Wednesday, 21 Oct 2015.
Beam is destined for Colorado and scheduled to leave JFK Airport
sometime Wednesday.
Preliminary outline is to estimate a time thru each region for a hand off at an I-80 rest area
(although anyone can go as far as they want) and establish a flag line in State College.
Due to the uncertainty of the times involved, we will have to rally early. We are asking for everyone to be at Delware Water Gap Welcome Center by 12:30PM. We will be doing highway speeds, so large flagged bikes are not recomended.
The beam is going to Poudre Fire Authority,Ft Collins, Colorado who spent several weeks
at the World Trade Center shortly after the 9/11/2001 terrorist attacks, helping to locate victims.
This escort to Colorado is to include over 100 Emergency Service Authorities, VFW's, AL's,
local veterans in every state involved and the Patriot Guard for flag line/procession/escort
responsibilities.
This will surely be an honor to be apart of the movement
of this sacred piece.
