I have no personal experience with the company so I will not give an opinion... but I will give some advice.  When shopping on the internet with a company you have never dealt with before, I STRONGLY recommend you first check the Better Business Bureau (http://www.bbb.org/us/ style="font-size: larger;">) for complaints against the company.  Even if a company is not BBB listed the BBB will still accept, address and publish complaints about the company.  Here is the complaints received by the BBB on SCOOTWORKS (you can read them and come to your own conclusions)... http://www.bbb.org/raleigh-durham/business-reviews/motorcycle-part-suppliers/scootworks-in-zebulon-nc-90007308/complaints style="font-size: larger;">

How did you pay for the order?  I see SCOOTWORKS accepts PayPal and if you by chance used PayPal you can simply open a dispute on the PayPal site and they will put a hold on SCOOTWORKS account for the amount of the purchase until the dispute is resolved to satisfaction of both parties (i.e. they ship the order or provide proof it was delivered).  This is why I aways use PayPal when it is an option.  If you paid by credit card you can try contacting your CC company and tell them you never received the products paid for and to reverse the charge.
