Cow$shit!! A lot of it. Coming up behind a cattle truck on I-40, truck hits a bump crossing a bridge, what looked like a barrow full of crap came out the back and hit me full on. I keep a sharp lookout for those trucks now, only pass them on a smooth road, at high speed!
