Looks like an interesting site. I just turned 73 and have been riding since I was 15. When I get on one of my bikes (I have 4) I feel like 15 again with a bit more savvy. Looking forward to more visits to this site and a few more years of cruising the hwys of this beautiful country.

Harley Davidson Security System Alarm Pin Override

I wanted to remind everyone how important it is to set the manual PIN override for your Harley Davidson alarm system. With the newer HD Security Systems using proximity FOBs where the key FOB needs to be close to the bike to start, this is now more important then ever.  If the battery in your FOB dies and you have not set your Harley Alram Override PIN Code, you will not be starting your bike.  It is just as important for those with oler Harley Davidsons with the push button alarm FOB.  It you set your alarm and the battery dies before you return to your bike, again you will not be starting the bike.
Tip: Change your FOB battery twice a year so you never get stuck with a dead one.  I do mine every time I change the clocks forward or back for daylight savings time

If you haven't set the PIN over ride for your HD security alarm system...do it now!  Here's how you do it...

I have a 2004 Sprnger Soft Tail that I set the alarm and lost the push button fob. How can I manually over ride the system? I don't know the PIN number. Can anyone help?
