After changing the main harness I noticed that after riding i would turn the key off instead of bike turning off the bike remained on, and today before changing the front wire harness the battery was completely dead, it drained my gel cell battery completely literally completely dead not even one amp. Does anyone know why this happened and what do i need to double check. HELP

I tend to be an outgoing person , easy to get along with and always willing to help when I can. I learned on my own how to work and repair bikes especially mine since i had to take her apart after a fire to rebuild her and what i couldn't do was my carbs so I HAD SHOP DO THAT. bUT I HAVE TO ADMIT WHEN i RIDE ALL STRESS GOES AWAY AND I BECOME WORRY FREE EVEN IF ITS JUST RIDING.
