2026 is the 13th Annual
Bakersfield Blessing of The Bikes
"Bakersfield Blessing of the Bikes" began in 2015, by a group of bikers, their families and friends. It was started to pass on the tradition of Biker fellowship , respect and faith . All Mortorcyclest and Motorcycles (Or walk ins) are welcomed ,to have their bikes (Themselves) blessed, in hopes that it will bring safety for the coming riding season.
Come join us, in fellowship, while enjoying great food and admiring all the amazing Bikes and people . During the event there will be a small ceremony that includes prayers , singing of the National Anthem and Traditional blessing of bikes by a Priest. Also a brief message to acknowledge all riders and family members who have passed and are no longer with us.
Event Information:
(Rain or Shine)
From 10am to 3pm, with the Blessing commencing at 12pm sharp.
Food Vendors will be at the event ( proceeds will benefit the church)
The Memorial Run to Heart Park will begin immediately after the Bike Blessing.
After being Blessed, riders will stage on the south side of the church and wait until all are blessed . After the Memorial Run (About 1pm) to heart park , we will ride to the Social Gathering, at the Eagles Hall, located at 1718 17th Street Bakersfield Ca. At the social gathering, there will be Music, Dancing, food and beverages. Also Gift Baskets and many items will be raffled off. Save the date and join us to share our love for God, Country and Brotherhood.
Proceeds from the raffles and 50/50, at the this goes towards future blessings as well as Veterans/ LEO events and selective charities.
This Event is Hosted by RED Friday Supporters and the BFR, Non-profits Groups.
