  • Rally to support the distracted driving bill - no hand held phones! The bill includes penalties for violations. With Utah state Rep Carol Spackman Moss. We need 1000+ bikes that day to make an impact in our community. Invite your non biker friends!! Utah State Capitol meet at South-side outdoor steps.
