BarNuthin's Bike: My Bike

Got rid of my last bike when my daughter was born in 1984. Feels so good to own one again.

This bike was pretty much stock except for Screaming Eagle pipes. Came with a couple other goodies like a nice quick detach windshield, a two-up touring seat, couple set of saddle bags.

Most of the conversions you see are the result of extensive eBay and forum searches for bargains.

Raising the bar(s)
Handlebars are probably the most perplexing decision for Custom owners because of the stock riser/Speedometer.

I found these mini-apes from a forum member and thought for $20 I'd give them a shot. I also got a stainless brake cable from the guy. Had to order a +6 clutch cable. This picture also shows a set of late model mirrors I found on eBay.

I think I like these enough (for now) that I'm going to go ahead and drill them and run the wires internal.
