After looking at this picture several times now, I would have to say someone is very talented with PhotoShop. #1. I think it would be physically impossible to control a bike with bars this high & #2 Can you imagine the stress being put on the riser bolts at the triple tree. Not to mention of course, would ANYBODY with half a mind be that crazy ?????

 ya have a point rob, and yet i'd swear i seen more pics of that bike at a rally or something....

Nice bike but I still dont understand the reason for that other then trying to stick out.  But what ever it is his bike and he likes it but to bad it is unsafe.
Maby he dose an 18 point turn like an 18 wheeler.
