I just picked up the maintenance contract for 15 Huddle Houses with more to come. went to 3 of them today and 4 scheduled for tomorrow. And hopefully the guy will sign a contract on a building to start the kitchen tomorrow (not huddle house). Woo Hoo

Good luck getting payed. The government makes you jump thru all kinds of paper and receipt hoops to get payed. I remodeled schools for twenty years and had to have a fulltime secretary do nothing but their paperwork! Bid high brother!!!

They are privatelly owned. 12hrs today 4 stores and they keep throwing me more work. it's doubled since this morning. They pay CASH!!!! time to prder parts. Thank God I can really use the work
