Had one job where we would call TAC headquarters at Scott every night with our (554 Weather Squadron, Anderson AFB, Guam - aka Typhoon Hunters) Aircraft Status. One of my cohorts started a new daily report, and called it the 'fly' report. It was the number of flys stuck to one of those flypaper strips. After about a week I forgot to give them the 'fly' report. An hour later I had a phone call and they wanted the report...I wonder if they are still getting those reports...

And more mosquitos than I have ever seen in one place. Started carrying deet spray in my saddlebag.
