HD Apparel Consignment Shop. I sell and consign gentle used & new biker items. My business opened May 2014, which started mobile, since September 2014 I have been at 32 Federal Way in Charles Town, right beside Wendy's. My hours are Wednesday through Sunday 10am to 5pm. I also have rides that raise money for great causes. I have given our fellow bikers a win win business. My consignees earn money for biker items that are no use to them anymore and my buyers get amazing biker items at affordable prices.
