Yep, I ride my own, and love every minute of it. And I'm Nana to 7 grandbabies!
I also work retail, which I enjoy most of the time. ;-) Started riding (behind my Daddy) at about age 5, with some long gaps between. Longest ride was from Ohio to New York, via Pennsylvania, a few years ago, and absolutely loved it. However, I learned the seat on a Sporty is not too comfy for long days of riding. I've since become the proud owner of my 2002 Intruder 1500 LC. (thanks, Dad!!) Super comfy ride! Love to ride scenic routes, or just around town... including to work when the weather is accommodating. Of course, I carry a rainsuit, but hope to not have to pull that baby out! ;-) I don't ride highways much, unless with other riders, and enjoy participating in charity or benefit rides and events.
