We're at it again! As a part of our national LAF ride, which is a 250 mile self directed ride, we are riding on this Saturday to celebrate our nation's 250th birthday exactly one week before the 4th of July!
This ride will be just over 250 miles, and will feature stops at some really cool places, will a great lunch planned. That route up and down the Mississippi River would be enough all by itself, but there's more!
We will stop to honor a Gold Star Dad along the way. He was made a Gold Star Dad during Operation Desert Storm and he may just tell us the story of how President H.W. Bush decided not to go after the Iraqi leader.
If that weren't enough...The Gasthaus Bavarian Hunter restaurant has bands playing and a festival happening. Once there, Token Squid will be signing copies of his book, "Yours, Very Sincerely and Respectfully" for anyone who wants one.
