We will be having our 11th Annual Bike Blessing and Motorcycle Awareness Ride on Sunday, May 3rd. We will meet at the Old Kmart Park Lot - 1515 W. Bell Street in Glendive - and will have a Bike Blessing at noon (12:00 p.m.). Please be there BEFORE noon.
Once that is completed, we will go for a ride. Details to be determined. Grandview Retirement Home? Eastern Montana Veterans Home? Makoshika State Park? Who knows where else we might go. People seeing the bikes in the area will remind them that motorcycle season has started, and they need to be aware of motorcyclists.
After the ride the plan is to meet at possibly Pin High and have a bike rodeo in the back. Bruce has been talking about events like a slow race, egg race, weinie bite . . . lots of possibilities. He said we may need to ask for 8-10 presigned rodeo participants to make it worthwhile to set up. More details to come.
