9:00am - 11:00am: On-Site Check-In at Clubhouse
(All riders must come through On-Site Check-In once to check in)

11:30am: Poker Run Rider’s Meeting at Pole Barn
(Poker Run riders must go through On-Site Check-In before 11am)

Poker Run will begin following rider’s meeting

2:00pm - 5:00pm: On-Site Check-In open at Clubhouse
(All riders must come through On-Site Check-In once to check in)

5:30PM: Deadline to turn in Poker Chips for drawning.

6:00PM: Poker awards at Pole Barn.

6:00pm - 7:30pm - Dinner served for all registered riders at Pole Barn

Satuday, April 18th

6:00am - 8:00am: On-Site Check-In open at Clubhouse
(All riders must come through On-Site Check-In once to check in)

7:00am: Coffee and Morning Refreshments at Pole Barn

8:30am: Mandatory Rider’s meeting at Pole Barn
(DS and ADV riders may begin riding following the rider’s meeting)

9:30am: Dual Sport Morning Route Trail-head closed
(All DS route riders must begin morning DS route before 9:30am)

11:00am - 2:00pm: Lunch served for all riders at Pole Barn

2:00pm: Dual Sport Afternoon Route Trail-head closed
(All DS route riders must begin afternoon DS route before 2pm)

6:00 - 7:30pm: Dinner served for all riders at Pole Barn
