Wednesday:

9:00am-5:00pm — Vendor Area Open (Parking Lot left side of Hotel)

10:00am-5:00pm — Sign In (Red Room, Right side of Lobby)

1:00pm – 3:30pm — Paint & Sip

5:00pm – 10:30pm — Opening Ceremony (Ball Room)

Thursday:

6:45am – ____ — Guided Rides (See Starting Location in your Welcome Packet)

9:00am-5:00pm — Vendor Area Open (Parking Lot left side of Hotel)

10:00am-3:00pm ish —Sign In (Red Room, Right side of Lobby)

7:00 — Cigar Lounge

Friday:

6:45am – ____ — Guided Rides (See Starting Location in your Welcome Packet)

9:00am-5:00pm — Vendor Area Open (Parking Lot left side of Hotel)

12:00pm – 3:00pm — DAX Powersports (Formerly Progress Motorsports) Free Lunch (Located at DAX)

6:00pm – 10:00pm — Halloween party

Saturday:

6:45am – ____ — Guided Rides (See Starting Location in your Welcome Packet)

9:00am-12:00pm — Vendor Area Open (Parking Lot left side of Hotel)

5:00pm – 9:30pm — Closing Ceremony/ Dinner / Farkle Bingo (Ball Room)

The Gideon Putnam (GP) will be the host hotel

This year charity is the Franklin Community Center.
