Our Poker Run will be held on Saturday, August 2, beginning at Harley Davidson.
Last year, we had over 31 motorcycle riders join our ride to support our mission and cause of
destigmatizing autism and recognizing the skills and talents of those on the spectrum.
This time, we’re making our Poker Run even more special. We’re expecting over 50 bikes to attend, and
we’re so excited to offer our riders a beautiful, scenic ride, breakfast at the starting point, raffles and
prizes, a meal at the end of the ride, and information as to how Autism Rocks and Rolls directly benefits
the autism community with new resources. We, of course, will continue our mission of destigmatizing
autism and showcasing what those on the autism spectrum CAN do.
What started as a podcast being recorded from a basement by Sam Mitchell, a young man on the autism
spectrum, has become a 501c3 nonprofit with a board of 8. Helping those on the autism spectrum in our
community also through motivational and TEDX speaking. Sam Mitchell simply wanted to be heard and
by creating Autism Rocks and Rolls Corporation, he has become the voice of those who do not have one.
We make every effort to ensure events listed in the CycleFish Motorcycle Event Calendar are accurate at the time of posting.
