  • What is the Topless Tour? More than 20 years ago, ABATE of Illinois successfully fought against the mandatory helmet law. The South Suburban Chapter's Topless Tour pays tribute to the victory to let those who ride decide. Live music is provided by Block Party.

    We're riding rain or shine. If riding nearly 100 miles is too far for you, then kindly join us for the food and party, beginning at 4:00.
