  • 9/11 Memorial Ride - On Saturday Sept 11, 2021 -
    To remember the fallen in New York City, Washington D.C., and the field in Pennsylvania
    Cost: $20 Per Rider - $10 Per Passenger
    Co-Sponsored by Lytle Memorial VFW Post 12041 & Aux & Unit 8 - 12041
    Highland Hills VFW Post 837, James B. Sprague Memorial VFW Post 8541 and
    Helotes VFW Post 7108 & Unit 30 - 7108
    0700 - Meet at John Lott Municipal Park for Registration
    (Done by VFW Post 12041 & Unit 8-12041)
    0746 - Ceremony conducted when the first plane hit the World Trade Center
    0830 - Safety Briefing
    0900 - Kickstands up and proceed to VFW Post 837
    1000 - Arrive at VFW Post 837 and conduct a ceremony for World Trade Center’s Fallen
    1130 - Kickstands up and proceed to VFW Post 8541
    1200 - Arrive at VFW Post 8541 and conduct a ceremony for Pentagon’s Fallen
    1230 - Eat Lunch at VFW Post 8541
    1330 - Kickstands up and proceed to VFW Post 7108
    1400 - Arrive at VFW Post 7108 and conduct a ceremony for Pennsylvania’s Fallen
    1500 - Kickstands up and proceed to VFW Post 12041
    1600 - Arrive at John Lott City Park
    Conduct ceremony for all the others that have fallen since 9/11
