Event Desc

  • On December 29th Marie got a call from her doctor advising that a spot was found on her lung. A month later it was confirmed to be non-small cell carcinoma. At first it was believed surgery could remove the cancer through surgery without any issues or any treatments. Marie had several tests ran, it was then discovered she had a spot on her L3 vertebrae, it too was cancerous. Marie was diagnosed with two (2) forms of cancer, the cancer in her lung and the one in her spine.
    Marie is married to Dick Dunlap & has been for 30 years. Marie retired as a Registered Nurse from IU Health.

    Marie and Dick have ridden in NUMEROUS BENEFIT RIDES TO HELP OTHERS OUT, it is time to return the kindness!!!!
