Event Desc

  • All day event - touring both sides of the Illinois River in the Peoria area and stopping at beach themed bars along the way! Day begins at Kuchie's on The Water in Creve Couer for registration, following stops are No Wake Zone (Peoria Heights), Banana's Beach Bar (Chillicothe) American Legion (Lacon) and ends at the East Peoria Boat Club for live music, food, fun, etc.! You don't want to miss this event - this is our 5th year and gets bigger and better each year! Those who come once tend to repeat. Ticket prices are $20 in advance and $25 day of event. (cost includes the food and entertainment at East Peoria Boat Club, as well as the chance to win great prizes) For information on advance ticket purchase, email officers@ciphc.org . If staying overnight, the Host Hotel is East Peoria Hampton Inn, 11 Winners Way East Peoria Il. Phone number is 309-694-0711. The group rate is $124 if you use the name Central Illinois Parrot Head Club. They have some king rooms and double queen rooms available for us on July 8 and July 9. Last day to get the group rate is June 8 so don't hesitate to make your hotel reservations!
