what is the easiest way to convert my 72 ironhead from electric and kick start to kick only..... sence the postive cable for the battery runs from the starter solonoid what is the easiest way to do this? thankssss

Not sure exactly what you ask but first thing I would do is get a good electrical schematic. Then remove the components and associated wiring as needed. Or just the wiring and leave the starter mounted.
wondering how to bypass the starter
take the wire to the solenoid off...run the wire for the ignition switch off the positive side of the battery. make sure the wire for your voltage regulator is either attached to the ignition switch or to the positive side of the battery (either way will work )
