a relative of mine was killed on the Oklahoma...G Herbert..most of my family that went to the US in the 1800's ended up in the navy, some of their families still are !

Remember the fallen, and say a prayer. I did, and I will again, tonite.

I had 2 great uncles in Pearl on that day. One was on the Maryland, the other on the Oklahoma. The Oklahoma was the first of 3 ships sunk under him in WWII. The third was the Indianapolis, many days in the water... started with 300, rescued 30.
