JP Cycles rip-off

  • Hi everyone, just want it share the experience I had at JP Cycles, at Ormond , after talking to one of the sales reps, i bought a tail light for my bike, was told that it would flash before stopping completely as soon as I apply the brakes, however it did not do that, and it did not fit in the bike, I paid 34 dollars for it, tax inlcluded, so I drove 1 hr to get it exchange when I got there apparently, I lost the receipt on the way, I had purchased it on a sat I return to exchange it Monday, the salesman told me he could not exchange it without the receipt so I told him, how about the sku # don't you guys use the sku # to scan your parts, he said no, so A Blonde older lady with spike blonde hair, (management) came to assist, guess what she told me the same thing the only way she could help me was by giving me store credit, but since I did not have the receipt instead of the full 34 she could only credit me 20, I said why , she suggested that I could have found it, on the parking lot, then I told her as a matter of fact the salesman wrote his name on the back of the package here it is, and you are a very poor business person, and I feel you have insulted me, she gave me a nasty look, and I only got 20 credit, used it, and will never go to JP Cycles ever, that sat I went to a BBQ with a bunch of bikers, and there was another guy who had a bad experience with JPCycles, he bought merchandise via internet, they sent him the wrong part He drove 1 1/2 hr to JPCycles Ormond, and was told that because it was an internet, purchase that in order for them to replace it he had to pay extra since it is an instore purchase now, WHAT A BUNCH OF RIP-OFF MOFOS, anyplace I go beleive me  I will put those guys down so bad, that the little 14 bucks they ripped-off is costing them lots more, as I refer everyone someplace else whom are very professionals, and honest, so don't take a chance and don't buy from JPCROOKCycles.
