OLD?

  • Sunday was my area chapters antique motorcycle meet and even though I have been working long days 7 days a week I deiced to ride my New Old Girl to work and then to the meet.  Don't tell my boss but I knew I would NOT be back... ; D Any way after the official meeting and all things are discussed Wooly and me and the VP of the chapter go for a little put. I told them that I was the only one on a old bike and had manual drum brakes so watch those sudden stops,  they told me to lead.

After taking the longer ( with a few curves )route to where we was to stop and chat before parting ways .  On disembarking the bikes the VP makes an announcement as he did not relies that the bike I was riding was so old. I have an antique tag on her that is from the year she is and the county I live in.    I told him the bike is not old...  It is the same age as me but he did not know that at the time. He said that yes in another year it would be historical... another guy and lady was standing there getting ready to ride out and the guy said it was not old it was aged well... Made me laugh, some times a complete stranger makes your day.

Have a great day guys and gals.
