Motorcyclists and other drivers who are stuck at unresponsive traffic lights will soon have the option to proceed with caution through the intersection.
Originally intended only for motorcycles, which often fail to trigger traffic lights due to their smaller size, the law was expanded to apply to all vehicles.
The new law, which was designed to solve practical problems while ensuring safety, will take effect in mid-September.
