    BIKES ON THE BRICKS ORGANIZERS, WHO ARE ALL VOLUNTEERS, WAITED AS LONG AS THEY COULD BEFORE COMING TO A DECISION TO CANCEL THE EVENT. WE REACHED THE DECISION AS WE WERE FACED WITH DEADLINES ASSOCIATED WITH LOGISTICAL AND PERMITTING TO HOST THE EVENT.
