  • WHAT IS IT? - West Coast Rendezvous is an annual, old school weekend party for 21 and older only. At WCR, we have on-site camping (tent and RV sites), cookouts, old school biker games, biker rodeo, swap meet, great area rides, our notorious nightly campfire parties and more... WCR is also the final destination for the Blue Collar Build Off, a nationwide, low budget bike building competition, as featured in The Horse - Backstreet Choppers Magazine, Quick Throttle Magazine and more.. We have a mixture of music. Some live, some Memorex. WCR2019 will also be featured in several major industry magazines, websites and media outlets. The next WCR will be held between March 29th thru 31st, 2019.

WHERE IS IT? - The West Coast Rendezvous is held at the Saddle Sore Ranch just off of Route 66 on western edge of Arizona, where California, Nevada and Arizona all meet. It is on private property, on an unpaved road, that is almost entirely graded and maintained by the county. Motorcycles, cars, pickup trucks, suv's, RV's, campers, etc can access the Ranch without issue, as long as you follow OUR MAP. Only follow OUR MAP. Do NOT follow gps, or attempt any alternate route.

WHAT GOES ON AT THE EVENT? - Thursday and Friday are "early arrival days". Longer distance travelers rolling in, setting up camp, maybe a few vendors setting up, etc. Go for some day rides, etc. Based on how many early arrivals we have, we may do some games, contests, etc. Music and campfire parties each night.

Saturday, during the day, most people go explore some of the AMAZING area rides, including the Grand Canyon West Rim with the famous glass "Skywalk", or ride up to the Hoover Dam, Hualapai Mountain, and more. You can also ride just over the hill to the town of Laughlin, NV for casinos, gambling, fishing, boating, jet skis etc right on the Colorado River. Don't forget to "Get Your Kicks on Route 66"... The area surrounding the Saddle Sore Ranch is home to the longest uninterrupted stretch of Route 66 that is still in existence today. Along the way, you can visit historic "Wild West" towns on the Route like Seligman, AZ., Hackberry, AZ., Oatman, AZ., Needles, CA., and more. Tour the Route 66 Museum in Kingman, AZ. Just down the road from the Saddle Sore Ranch, you can ride the world famous "Mohave Rattlesnake", with 222 curves in under 10 miles. Blue Collar Build Off teams will roll in around lunchtime.

Wherever your adventures take you during the day, head back to the Ranch for the evening festivities that go deep into the night. Bands kick off at 6pm, Free Beer (while it lasts), Biker games, activities, campfire parties and contests including Ride-In Chopper Show, Best Body Paint, Best Tattoo, Best Beard, Best Beer Belly, Miss SSR contest, Blue Collar Build Off final judging and more. Our flat track is open for the "Run What Ya Brung" races. Choppers, mini bikes, pit bikes, go carts, bar stools, motorized coolers... Whatever... Run What Ya Brung... We also have the "SSR SCRAMBLE" which is a race down to the end of our (unpaved) road and back. Only about a mile round trip. This race is not just about being the fastest. Riders get extra points for funny and creative protective gear. How crazy can YOU get???

Sunday we pick a spot, and have a group ride in the morning, usually back around lunchtime. Those that stay behind at the ranch will have games and activities on-site. Then we will start packing up, saying our "Good Bye's", and start planning to come back next year.

Our event is open to everyone that can show mutual respect. All bikes, riders, guests and colors. We will show you, your friends and your club the same level of respect that you show to us, our property and our guests. SSR is a neutral zone, unaffiliated with any club.

ARIZONA ISN'T "WEST COAST". WTF??? -  EVERYONE is welcome at the event, but mainly, the West Coast Rendezvous is a gathering (aka "rendezvous") of people from the west coast, and surrounding states. Including California, Oregon, Utah, Nevada and Arizona. We do get people in from as far away as Florida, Georgia, and the Carolinas, but we didn't feel right calling it the "East Coast Rendezvous".

WHAT TO EXPECT - Expect unpaved roads, expect your bike to get dusty, expect bon fires, expect partial (or full) female nudity, and most of all, expect to have a kick ass time!!! For 2019, the WCR will host the final judging, awards ceremony and afterparty for the Blue Collar Build Off. Sponsored by Samson Exhaust, Red Rock Harley-Davidson, Steve Soffa, Ricky Bongos, Viking Bags,  Biker Atlas, and more. The WCR promises to be one hell of a good time for all who attend. NO GLASS ALLOWED AT THE SADDLE SORE RANCH AND NO DISCHARGING OF FIREARMS.

VENDOR SPOTS - Vendor spots are limited and on a first come, first serve basis. Vendors must bring their own lighting and power supply. We MAY be able to provide electricity to vendor booths, but cannot guarantee it. Contact Rob if you would like to set up a vendor booth. 424-322-0505

Don't want to camp? The Saddle Sore Ranch is located between the cities of Kingman, AZ and Laughlin, NV which are only about 15 to 20 miles away. Both cities offer all of the services you may want. Including hotels, shopping, dining, WalMart and more... Laughlin is on the Colorado River, and also offers Las Vegas style casinos and gambling.
