  • The annual FUNdraiser for The American Legion Legacy Scholarship is Saturday, December 9th from 5-8 PM at Post 24 in Bradenton, FL. This scholarship fund was started after Sept. 11, 2001 to support children of fallen post-9/11 service members. Beginning with 2017 award year, they have extended the scholarship to include children of VA-rated, post-9/11 veterans with a disability of 50% or higher. Help us to continue to ensure these children get the best possible educational opportunities! Tickets are only $15 and you have a choice of Prime Rib or Chicken Cordon Bleu.
