  • Water is handed out to the community free of charge .. 1 bottle at a time...This is a community building event completed once a month on the corner of FM 78 and Foster rd. In SATX ... All water is free per bottle per person.. No donations please... In return all we ask is "WATCH OUT FOR BIKERS, SHARE THE ROAD"...
