  • The Milford Prevention Council will hold its 6th Annual Ride For Hope charity motorcycle ride on Sunday, June 4, 2017 to help raise money for underage drinking and substance use prevention programs.

    Tickets are on sale now. The cost of the ride is $25 per bike before 5/22/17; and $35 per bike after 5/22/17.

    The ride will start at the parking lot at the Woodruff Family YMCA and kickstands will go up at 10 a.m. sharp. The route goes through Orange, Woodbridge, Seymour, Oxford, Southbury and stops in Woodbury Hollow Park, where riders can enjoy a short break.

    The route will than go in reverse, where all riders will meet back at the YMCA, and enjoy a delicious meal, courtesy of “Lasse’s Restaurant”, all included in the ticket purchase. T-shirts will also be made available to the first 100 riders who register in advance (1 per ticket, while supplies last).

    All proceeds will be donated to Milford Prevention Council.
