Event Desc

  • Dot this down, because you do not want to miss this ride. The Brewsky Ride. It consists of a macro brewery tour. Ask any questions to the master brewer and taste some of the brews with your lunch.

It is December 1837 when 1200 US Army soldiers and Alabama volunteers erected a fort as part of a defense line against marauding Seminoles. After all these years the fort detoriated and was rebuild as so we can see how the white men lived in these years. During the last few years several cracker homes from that period have also been moved to this location. They have been outfitted with furniture and appliances dating back to the 19th century. A small museum on location showcases tools and other era equipment. It will be a stop on the way back.

This ride starts 9 AM at Panera Bread in Apopka US 441 on Sunday January 22 2017. Bring your bike, your babe, your friends, lunch mullah and a great smile. Total mileage is less than 80 mls from starting point.

This ride is free and open to all
bikes, all riders regardless gender or color.
Wear your veteran's vest with pride!
