My Dad gave me my grandfather's bell when I got my first bike and my husband gave my my own new bell when I bought my dream bike. I ride with them both. It must always be a gift.

No bells but I will not throw my leg over the seat with out having Life savers candy in my handlebar bags. No particuliar flavor but I tend to eat peppermint in the am and tropical fruit the rest of the day. Seems normal now after 30 years but some folks think it is odd lol.

Just read the Legend of the Bell. Very cool, helps keep Road Gremlins away.

You are only suppose to have a bell if another Biker gives it to you. It is a sign of respect and friendship.

No I do not have a bell. I do not often ride with other riders unless it is a PGR ride. Will be doing that next week in Beaufort SC at the National Cemetery There.
