Headlight: Modulating headlight permitted
Turn Signals: Not Required
Handlebars: No Restrictions
Muffler: Muffler required. No cut-outs, bypass or similar device. No modifications in a manner which amplifies or increases noise above that emitted by muffler originally installed (Title 49, Sec. 49-937).
Noise Restrictions: Maximum allowable A-weighted sound level measured at 20 feet is 92dBA. Exceeding this constitutes 'excessive' or 'unusual noise' (Title 49, Sec. 49-106).
