Our upcoming Ride for the Ribbon, a poker run and benefit to raise awareness for breast cancer (for both women AND men) and to raise funds to help women obtain mammograms who could otherwise not afford one, is just a little over a year away, September 17, 2011. We're trying to get a jump on things and figure out if we're going to give patches or pins to the participants. I'm checking with a few suppliers and what I'd REALLY like to have is a boob pin or patch, but we'll see. So for now, the options are a Pink Ribbon Lapel Pin or a Black Patch with a Pink Ribbon on it. Whatever the decision, it will read "Ride for the Ribbon" 2011.
