  • This Veterans Tribute Ride idea came about in 2020 when I witnessed all the motorcycle riders who escorted Charlie Daniels to his final resting place. Charlie Daniels Park seemed fitting, that is where I met and talked with Charlie at the annual Fanclub party. I became a widow in 2021, we used to do many local events for Veterans, Children etc., This event has helped me to continue to honor his memory. Our local Legend Charlie Daniels supported many causes, I wanted to honor him and give back to his charity to help Veterans. I chose the Charlie Daniels Journey Home Project that he co-founded. Most people could never afford to attend expensive fundraisers to make a difference. This was made affordable and for a good cause our Veterans.
