  • Join us for an afternoon of remembrance, good riding, good fun and good food. Ride is a proud partner of the City of Hagerstown's Second Saturdays Project.

    2:40 pm - REMEMBER THE 119 SERVICE MEMBERS KILLED IN IRAQ AND AFGHANISTAN (Part of the Ride for the Fallen project)

    INDIAN MOTORCYCLE® VETERANS DAY WEEKEND: Sacrifice is the very definition of legendary. That’s why Indian Motorcycle® honors our military personnel on Saturday, November twelfth. Show your support by visiting Twigg Indian Motorcycle and watching the premiere of our short film about the 2016 Veterans Charity Ride to Sturgis. And be sure to get a free American flag themed hat, while supplies last. Indian Motorcycle®, proud supporter of our military since 1901. Be Legendary.

    CHECK-IN: everyone has to check in between 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm to pick up their map and wristband. You'll need your wristband for the food, beer and ice cream

    KICKSTANDS UP: 3:00 pm

    ROUTE DESCRIPTION: the roads are open to traffic and you will have to obey all local, county and state traffic laws and regulations. Event held rain or shine unless there's snow or ice on the roadways. The routes are beginner friendly. Expect gently rolling hills. The ride is relaxed and leisurely, ride at your own pace. Spend the day riding around the county but be back before it's too dark (Downtown Hagerstown)

    Cue sheets will be provided at check in. The route crosses 10 historic single lane stone bridges. Washington County is unique in Maryland, because nowhere else can one find so many early to mid 19th-century limestone arch bridges, along with several stone arch aqueducts.     FINISH: Downtown Hagerstown

    FEE: $20/person

    WHAT'S INCLUDED: fully supported ride, free ice-cream at Nutter's, free hamburger at the finish, free beer at the finish, deeply discounted food and drinks at participating downtown bars and restaurants.
