Event Desc

  • This is an annual motorcycle run that occurs the second Saturday of every October. The “Ride” was established by the Bensalem Motor Patrol Unit to raise money for the Bucks County Chapter of the Heroes Scholarship Fund.

The Ride for Heroes is a police escorted poker style run, that starts and ends, at the Bensalem Municipal Complex. During the ride we will cover approximately 65 miles through beautiful upper Bucks County with one stop in New Hope / Solebury area.

    Participants will be treated to
    • Continental style breakfast
    • Music and give-aways during registration
    • Light refreshments at our one and only stop along the route
    • Lunch from your choice of some of Bucks County's finest restaurants!

When we return a food court consisting of local Bucks County restaurants will be waiting to provide everyone a wonderful lunch while we distribute prizes ranging from flat screen televisions to the most popular motorcycle cleaning products on the market. Oh yeah, we also run a 50/50 chance which a participant walked away with over $700 at last year's event!
