    REGISTRATION FORMS
NEW! Save time and money, and enjoy the convenience of paying by credit card! You can now register http://www.dogdaysend.com/ events online!

Our permit limits us to the first 200 riders, therefore we highly recommend pre-registration by mail or on our website. If you have attended one of our events in the recent past, we'll mail you a flyer approximately one month before the event.

Registration forms are also available at Carmichael's Pub or you can download and print your own PDF registration form by clicking the link. (Flyers are available online approximately 30 days prior to the event. If the link doesn't work, check back later.)

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR MINOR PARTICIPANTS AND PARENTS: Due to requirements imposed by our insurance carrier, all minors (children under the age of 18) MUST have a waiver form signed by their parent or legal guardian in order to participate in any Dogs Day End Poker Run event. Parents or guardians who attend with their minor child will be required to sign the waiver form at event registration, in the presence of event staff. A photo ID will be required.

If a minor is being supervised by an adult who is not their parent or legal guardian, then they must bring the wavier form signed and notarized by their parent or legal guardian with them to registration. Use this link to download the minor waiver form. Please note that the form MUST be printed IN COLOR (red heading) to be valid. If you cannot print color, please contact us for a copy.

    SAFETY GEAR:
All participants MUST have a helmet, eye protection, and suitable footwear. Proper safety gear including hand protection, pads, etc, is also highly recommended. To avoid dehydration, it is recommended that you bring drinking water and possibly energy bars or a similar snack.

    NOISE LIMITS:
Although noise limits and sound levels are not being checked or enforced at the current time, in the near future noise limits will be enforced. Excessive noise is the biggest threat to all of our riding areas. Please be considerate with your choice of pipes when operating outside of a closed source.

    ROUTE:
The map is located in our photo album online and posted on our main FB page. The route is 134 miles. Always gas up. We will have 3 cagers who carry gas and a tow services.

    CONDUCT:
The Dog Days End Poker Run is an organized scenic ride, not a race. If you are being overtaken by a faster rider, please pull over when safe to do so and allow faster riders to pass. If you overtake a rider, please pass safely and courteously. Remember you will be sharing the road with novices and children. Control your speed! A participant may be disqualified from this event for any unsportsmanlike conduct, illegal activity, or failure to abide by any of the conditions or rules of the event at the discretion of the DDEPR.
