Event Desc

  • Poker run to raise funds for the Violence Intervention Project, Inc. of Kewaunee County.
    The Violence Intervention Project, Inc provides shelter, medical and legal help for victims of domestic violence and sexual assualt in Kewaunee County. All funds raised will stay in Kewaunee County and be used by the Violence Intervention Project, Inc. The Violence Intervention Project, Inc is a registered non profit whose sole goal is to support victims of domestic violence and sexual assault.
    The Poker Run will start and end in Algoma, WI at the Steelhead Saloon with 5 stops total. Cost is $25 per person. There will be a silent and live auction, 50/50 drawing and bucket raffles. MC is Tom Zalaski of WFRV TV 5.
    The event is set for August 22nd, 2015. Registration starts at 10am
