New tires

Im looking for a new tire for the rear of my Kaw ninja, she is a 250, and the tire that is on her now is stock. I need some sugestions. What kind of mileage should I get? I got about 3500 out of the stock tire. I do push kinda hard, and like something that sticks to the road. Help please!

You answered your own question kinda.
Sport-bike tires are a "sticky" softer compound and don't last as long as say a touring tire.

Order the new one online and have a small bike shop mount it for you. You will save tons of money. I get all of mine from Dennis Kirks.

Buy yourself a SHINKO.. They get decent mileage and stick to the wet or dry roads..

I agree with Oldtimer, I got myself Shinko Raven 009 on front n back, I loved it and very good price! Remember, when u get new tires, DO NOT RIDE HARD YET!!! Maybe after 50 miles and the new tires will be better and ride em hard like u normally do!

Late to this thread but for great tire life and good handing, wet or dry, the Michelin Road Pilots have served me well

On dirt and gravel not so much and on mud bring a friend to get you back up
