Hello all,

I hope someone can help me, I have a 2005 Kawasaki Vulcan VN2000 and I want to relocate the license plate so I can install a luggage rack.
One of the very few Motorcycle laws in VA is that you have to have a light on your plate. I purchased a relocation "kit" which I use loosely becuase I could have sworn it said lighted but what I got was basically just a bracket.
Now I think that part will work fine but now I need to light the plate somehow, I've seen some lighted plate frames but $60 or higher I think is a little crazy.
Has anyone else done this and had success with a less expensive method?
