BIKE RUNS REALLY GOOD, BUT SOMETIMES AT AROUND 50 TO 65 MPH IT FEELS LIKE SOMEONE REACHED OVER AND SHUT THE BIKE OFF FOR A SPLIT SECOND, THEN BANG BACK TO RUNNING PERFECT.

Yep, Definitely sounds like something is lose or shorting in the wiring, but from what I seen on the couple ov V-Rods I've helped friends work on, just finding the wiring can be an all day job.

Been awhile since I've actually had to go into the wiring of any VROD... but you can find all the access points in fuse block and run tests on all the circuits... Harley VROD electrical manuals are a necessary evil in this process.

Never worked on a V-rod but if it is typical of recent HD offerings start at the ground(s) - Scrape them REAL clean, tighten securely, use star washers
