i left mass.. to get away from the snow and taxes.. came to va.. now after this winter .. i think i need to move a bit more south..... fort myers beach area would be nice ... once this house is sold I AM OUT OF HERE

You guys in New England have been hammered this winter. Moved to Oklahoma from Connecticut thirty years ago. I'll take a tornado over a blizzard any day. You can run from a tornado, if your house gets hit. Its time for new stuff. You learn quickly to have good insurance.
