Not really sure how, but an event I'm coordinating - the Arizona Freedom Ride - ended up on this site. I'm glad it did, this seems like a great way to get and keep informed of happenings in the bike world. I've been a passenger since I was 15 but, riding myself for 3 years now and love it. I ride a Victory, V92C, and in my first year alone I put almost 25,000 miles on the scoot. I'm a member of the American Legion Riders (Road Captain), a small business owner, and........

Back and forth to work, in the evenings, Saturday and Sunday.......several trips to NM. My 2nd year wasn't quite as much, only about 9K, 3rd year about 15K......This year I'm gonna beat that 25K!!!

Was really looking forward to Shasta Salute in Northern California again this year but the event was cancelled, met some fantastic people while there last year. Got my American Legion, Nevada, Post 6 to support the formation of an American Legion Riders (ALR) group this winter so am currently working on getting the word out in my local community.
